Arlington Court Roof Replacement

Initial Inspection

Before we replace your roof, it’s important to inspect it thoroughly so we have a clear plan of action when it’s time to install your new roof. Through our inspection, we will be able to provide recommendations for which shingles to install and a detailed estimate that includes labor, materials, and other associated costs.

Permitting

In order to do any work on your property, certain permits are required. This applies to Arlington Court roof replacements as well. Our team will secure the required permits so you don’t need to worry about it yourself.

Scheduling

Now it’s time to select your Blue Ribbon Day! We will plan ahead so you can select the best available date. We will also take into account weather conditions so we can work undisturbed. This way, you can enjoy your new roof as soon as possible.

Worksite Preparation

When we arrive for your Blue Ribbon Day, we will start by preparing the space. We will carefully cover your exteriors–such as windows, walls, and flowerbeds–and landscaping to protect your property from any debris while we work on your roof.

Roof Stripping

When you get a Arlington Court roof replacement, we want to start with a blank canvas. Not only will this give us a clean space to work off of, but this will also ensure that your entire system functions as good as new. We wouldn’t want underlying problems to affect your new roof.

Install New Underlayment

Before your new shingles are installed, we want to waterproof the foundation of your roof. This will extend the life of your roofing and serve as a smooth base for your new roof shingles.

Install New Flashing

It is essential that we protect any components of your roof that may allow for water to enter, such as chimneys and vents. We will install all-new flashing to further waterproof your home before the new shingles are installed.

Install New Shingles

It’s officially time to install the brand new shingles you’ve selected. Rest assured that we will work efficiently yet thoroughly while abiding by all building codes. Very soon you will have a beautiful, brand new roofing system.

Post-Roof Replacement Quality Control

As an award-winning Arlington Court roof replacement company, we uphold only the highest standards of quality. Throughout our installation process and even after we complete your roof replacement, we will conduct careful inspections to ensure you get a Blue Ribbon roof.

Clean-up

Now that you have a brand new roof, we will take the time to clean up after ourselves so you don’t have to worry. We will discard all of your old roofing materials and the property protection we set up.
